I want to adopt internationally?

There are very few healthy infants & toddlers available for adoption in Eastern Europe. Most of them have special needs, fetal alcohol syndrome is very common, & many of them have attachment problems. The system is full of corruption & agencies are often dishonest with hopeful adoptive parents about the extent of the kids' issues. Eastern Europe was popular in the 90s because parents wanted to adopt white children. If you want a healthy infant or toddler I strongly urge you to consider domestic adoption instead.
