Aurum Met for Undescended testicles?

Has anyone used Autum Met 30c to treat undescended testicles in a toddler? I am wondering how you give the pellets to the child. The Amazon listing states to take it under the tongue, but I also found posts saying to boil in water then put drops under tongue. Any recommendations?
