How can I get hoarding help for my mother in Canada?

Neither my mother or I are well off, but my mother needs to get some help about her hoarding habits. She's on a disability pension from the government. She's always been a bit of a "pack rat" but since I moved out of her house 10 years ago, she has completely gotten out of control without me there to force her to purge on a regular basis. She hasn't slept in her bedroom in probably 11 years, my old bedroom, the last time I saw it, was floor to ceiling boxes and "stuff". She has some really valuable antiques that are getting ruined because she's not able to take care of them any more and they're stacked on top of each other. She wants to clear the clutter, she has to move to a smaller house and realizes that all of the stuff can't come. She's been making great leaps in removing a lot of the actual garbage, such as 20 year old newspapers, but she needs help, and I'm worried that without mental help about it she'll either stay stalled or regress. She's almost 62, is not in great health, and her environment is not helping. Does anyone know what I can do to get her help that either can be covered by OHIP, or is partially subsidized by the government?
