What game should I get for Xbox 360?

I am into espionage, and shooter games. I have MW Black OPs and MW2. But I am undecided on what I should buy. I wanted to get Splinter Cell Conviction, but my bro was telling me that it was just ok. So now I don't know what to get. I was looking at the Resident Evil game that came out it looks alright, but I still don't know which to choose. Any suggestions?
