Resume help homemaker re entering workforce?

So I've been looking for a job for a while now and I know the jobs I'm applying for I have the experience they want but, I think my 1 year employment gap is the reason I'm not getting interviews. Like they probably think there is something wrong with me if I haven't had a job in so long when in fact i took time off to have another baby and take care of my toddler. So I think I should put homemaker to explain the gap to atleast see if i will get more interviews.But I don't know what I should put under as my duties or skills. I know I can put budgeting and time management and what not but how should I word it? Or should I just put homemaker and leave it at that? Thanks in advance
