Double dose of 15month toddler vaccines?

My toddler was scheduled for 18month well visit, They said he was due for 4 shots, a few days later I was reading over the vaccine paper work and come to realize I was pretty sure he had already received 3 of the shots at his 15month check up, and sure enough I called & he did! Is there any harm in receiving the DTAP, Polio , and the pneumococcal conjugate twice in such little time? & is there someone I can contact to report this??
