Are most men dirty ? Help please !?

My boyfriend and i been dating for 6 months. Last night was the first time i stayed overnight. Usually when i come to visit the house is clean. Because it's been a while i haven't been there i guess he didn't think he would mind leaving his house with clutter and filthy. In the bathroom there was dust and crust everywhere that i couldn't even walk barefoot. Ashes on the floor (he's a smoker) the tub was brown and the tiles had mildew. In the kitten stains on the floor and bread crumbs. same goes for the living room. When i talk to him about it , he said that he cleaned the house 2 days ago and i had a hard time believing him. While driving he found an old tooth pick on the floor and put it in his mouth. I was sooooo disgusted that didn't want to kiss him. He was surprised that i reacted this way. He said there's no germs and he was serious. He's 30 and lived on his own since the age of 20. I'm 25
